After seeing even more new client wins and the clear value clients are securing from Media, we felt it was time to level up again.
Tyler recently joined Boutique making the move down to Leeds from Bonnie Scotland (don’t mention the Euro’s), he has settled quickly into life in Leeds, already enjoying the local drinking establishments Headingley has to offer. Tyler previously spent the majority of his career within TV Advertising for the past 8 and a half years with spells at STV, Channel 4 and Sky. He is a massive football fan, supporting his local team, Aberdeen, (soon to be Leeds Leeds Leeds). Tyler can also often be found clad in his kilt as a regular with the Tartan Army, following Scotland. Tyler recently enjoyed (albeit briefly) finally seeing Scotland play in a major tournament for the first time in 23 years.
In true Boutique fashion we cornered Tyler during his busy day to take the time to take part in the crucial Boutique 60 second interview.
What was your job before this?
I was a Business Development Manager at STV (Scottish version of ITV) up in Aberdeen.
Your favourite thing about Boutique so far?
It’s nice now being on the other side of the fence on the agency side and being able to have more of an agnostic view of media as a whole.
What are the last 3 things you googled?
“Best Restaurants in Leeds City Centre”
“Summer Holiday Deals 2022”
“How to make yourself sound more interesting in a work questionnaire”
You’re on the run, forced to join the circus – what’s your performance?
Keepie Uppies with a Football, I have a unique technique of doing them with the side of my foot. (We have to see this)
Can you recommend a book, film, tv show, anything you’ve enjoyed recently?
Very late to the party but I recently binged all of After Life on Netflix, with Ricky Gervais, don’t normally like his stuff either but that’s a great series.
We’re sure you’ll be hearing more for Tyler in months to come so stay tuned for more from the best accent at Boutique.
