How would you describe Boutique in one word? 

Welcoming

If you ran away to the circus what would be your skill? 

If this is what I want it to be, then probably an Acrobat of some form as its quite impressive, and I like climbing

What are the top things you are looking forward to making your mark on at Boutique?

1. Improving the use of data/analytics tracking and measurement throughout the teams
2. Support and training for colleagues

And of course, what’s your favorite sandwich filling?

Chicken, Pesto, Coriander and Jalepeno

If you had a magic button on your desk to bring you whatever you wanted, what would it summon?

Hot Drinks (mainly Coffee/Tea etc)

Which bucket list item do you most want to check off this year?

1. Looking to do my first 10k run this year
2. Enjoying my 40th birthday

What’s your biggest career achievement to date?

I think my biggest achievement to date has been setting up and growing an analytics offering

What qualities do you most admire in a client?

1. A willingness and want to try new things providing the associated risk has been measured
2. Ambition

What’s been the best piece of career advice you have been given?

Always keep on top of long term term projects, ensuring they have the relevant importance otherwise there will always be an immediate “fire” that has to be put off and the actual important projects will never complete (ultimately these improve and prevent future fires)
