Scandinavian health and beauty brand New Nordic has won in the 10th UK Beauty 2020 awards with ASOS following a public vote of nearly half a million!
The awards, which were announced on 4th February 2021 on ASOS’s Instagram, featured a range of categories from hair, wellness, bath and body, to innovation, nail tech and fragrance.
Launching at the end of 2020, New Nordic’s Intense Marine Mask from its Beauty In & Out range won the New Skincare Treatment category, making it the second industry award the range has won.
The winning product, Intense Marine Mask, was described as “a rich moisture mask containing red seaweed and Peruvian tara fruit, which provides a lifting effect that helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is an effective treatment that moisturises, tones and gives a radiant glow to the skin.”
Expert judges tried and tested over 200 recognised and newly launched products on the market to draw up category shortlists for the public vote. Nearly half a million people voted in the awards across 28 categories.
The judging panel comprised of beauty journalists, buyers, influencers, make-up artists and beauticians, including beauty journalist Sali Hughes, model and influencer, Jayde Pierce and award-winning make-up artist Joy Adenuga.
