Recently featured in Prolific North, Boutique’s latest leadership moves mark a significant step in the agency’s continued growth – strengthening its senior team to better deliver integrated, effective work for clients.
Leeds indie agency Boutique has strengthened its leadership team with a view to “scale capability, internal integration and drive even greater effectiveness for clients.”
The agency has promoted Abby White and Ant Kenny to associate director, recognising their impact across PR and digital since they joined in 2023. They are joined by Alex Moore, appointed as associate director and agency lead for media services.
Moore brings a breadth of experience spanning media, marketing and new business, most recently at The Specialist Works where he played a central role in driving growth – shaping the agency’s marketing plans, landing significant new business wins including RHS and Lebara, and launching its quarterly events series.
The expanded associate director layer strengthens leadership across disciplines, ensuring strategic thinking carries through from insight and planning to execution and measurement — with media playing a central role in driving growth.
White, as associate director, will focus on holistic marketing across all channels, while Kenny, as digital lead, will further embed AI into all workflows and Moore will bring strategic rigour to all media strategy and execution.
The agency also welcomes Corey Kitchener-Perris as head of PR. Formerly “corpsumer director” at Manchester’s Brazen, his client experience includes La Redoute, The Range, Wren Kitchens and The Works. Corey will lead Boutique’s PR function with a focus on delivering cross-channel communications that drive measurable business results.
The appointments mark a further step in Boutique’s evolution from ambitious independent to established growth partner for brands including Black+Decker, Astonish, Costcutter, Limitless Digital Group, Prestigious Textiles, idealo and Neal & Wolf.
Alongside those in revised roles and those newly appointed, are Boutique’s wider SLT team: Managing partner, Alex Price, finance director, Caroline Turner and head of media, Steph Feather.
Simon Bollon, founder and managing director at Boutique, said: “Boutique has always believed in integration, but as we scale, structure becomes critical. As our clients grow, so must we, not just in size, but in capability and strategic depth.
“By strengthening our senior bench, every discipline now has a voice at the top table. That means sharper thinking, tighter collaboration and work that delivers stronger commercial impact for our clients.”
