As part of our growth we continue to bolster our existing teams with fresh new talent, our latest signings Brad (Senior Account Executive – Digital) and Alicia (Junior Account Executive – PR) gave us 15 minutes of their day for the usual Boutique newbie Q&A.

First us we asked them for the low down on them before we got into some juicy questions!

Brad Bio:

Once a marketing all-rounder doing anything and everything for my clients on a day-to-day basis, I now find myself as a specialist in the mystic arts of SEO. In my rather unorthodox career path, I started out in retail working for a few big-name outdoor stores before deciding a move to a more creative industry would suit me down to the ground. Starting out as a digital marketing executive, learning the trade and quickly developing in an industry-leading B2B marketing agency in my hometown, my passion for SEO brought me to Leeds, and now, Boutique.

When I’m not obsessing over optimisations and rankings, I’m an avid sports fan with a love of Football, Boxing and MMA. Alongside sport, any Leeds natives who love a good festival or gig are likely to find me on top of a crowd or in a moshpit somewhere (probably looking a little worse for wear).

Alicia Bio:

Leeds is one of the many places that feels like home, I’ve sussed out my favourite shops, bars, restaurants and most importantly I landed my first job here at Boutique. I came to Leeds to study Graphic Design at the Leeds School of Arts and had an amazing time “finding myself” amongst all the interesting artsy people. After graduating I knew I wanted a job that allowed me to assert my creativity but didn’t want to be tied down to one particular thing. Working at Boutique allows me to use my creative flair as every day brings a new challenge and I love that about my job. I’m still very new to the industry but I’m incredibly excited to see where it takes me.

Outside of work I like to find time to wind down and binge a series or film, most likely something I’ve watched three times already. I enjoy trying new activities with my friends, activities that mainly involve being a big kid and also exploring different countries although my list of places to travel is still very long.
