Every day since 2011, an extraordinary artists called Tatsuya Tanaka has been creating pocket sized versions of everyday scenes as part of his “miniature calendar” series. But when Covid hit last year, Tatsuya began responding to the lockdowns and social distancing measures brought on because of the C-word. One section of the series features facemasks, toilet paper and thermometers as a nod to the struggles and giving an uplifting version of what were kinda scary times. You check the full series out here at Miniature Calendar.
