Co-op has unveiled Co-op Compass, a new retail media solution designed to help
brands reach convenience shoppers across digital channels. Developed in
partnership with data specialists LiveRamp, the tool uses Co-op’s rich first-party
data to deliver targeted offsite advertising through curated, ready-to-activate
audience segments across social media and digital display platforms. As a
managed service, Co-op Compass enables fast and effective campaign activation,
with plans to expand its capabilities throughout 2025, including a self-service
option. According to Co-op, the platform provides brands with deeper insight into
shopper behaviour and preferences, helping them create personalised, impactful
campaigns that reflect how people live, shop, and engage with convenience retail
in real time
