Instagram has introduced Reminder Ads which allows businesses to announce, remind, and inform users about upcoming events or launches they might be interested in. It is said they would help increase awareness and generate excitement for upcoming events. In addition, it has started to test placing ads in search results allowing users to click through into the ad. They plan to release this globally in the coming months
