Every year we hold our own awards ceremony to celebrate all the amazing talent we have here at Boutique. Obviously covid has put a stop to our original plans but there was no way in heck we were letting the pandemic stop us, so of course we did it in true lockdown style and had the best video awards ceremony of all time.

It’s a long story as to why they’re called the Malcies, but it all started some time ago with our ornamental pet dog, Malcolm, and the rest is a fuzzy memory.

All jokes aside, The Malcies are exceptionally important to us, it’s our chance to celebrate the amazing work we do and the amazing people we have working at what is officially the best agency in the universe (x2*). The only reason we smash our targets, obliterate KPI’s and achieve incredible coverage is because of the lovely lot who work here. Our award categories are based on our company principles, and throughout the year we award each other or “give thanks”, for the amazing work that goes on behind the scenes. As well our Top Dog Awards, the special individuals who have gone above and beyond extraordinary. So without further ado, I give you the winners of The Malcies.
