Growth Manager

Purpose
Support Boutique’s growth strategy by turning priorities into action and creating opportunities through outbound activity, relationships, campaigns and consistent visibility.
This role sits between marketing and commercial activity. Success comes from generating meaningful conversations and building familiarity with Boutique through structured, coordinated activity.
The role does not own growth strategy. It owns delivery and momentum.
Primary responsibilities (ordered by importance)
Building awareness & familiarity
  • Plan and deliver consistent activity (email, LinkedIn and marketing channels) that keeps Boutique visible to high-growth-minded marketers, particularly those based in the North.
  • Our job is to be the agency they think of when a prospect is ready to talk. That means consistent, useful activity now: content, outbound, events, relationships.
  • Continue to help build a distinctive presence on LinkedIn and other relevant channels – both Boutique’s and our specialists’
  • Help turn the team’s points of view, work and people into content that earns attention and builds trust
  • Seed Boutique into the conversations our future clients are already having
Outbound & lead generation
  • Execute targeted outbound aligned with Boutique priorities — useful, relevant, never spammy
  • Build, maintain and refine prospect lists and audiences
  • Create and test outreach ideas and sequences
  • Keep prospects warm with communications they’d genuinely want to receive
  • Generate meaningful conversations and qualified opportunities, not just activity
Campaign planning & coordination
  • Coordinate joined-up campaigns across propositions, audiences and channels
  • Align outbound, social, content, events and PR into coherent moments
  • Manage timelines and execution end-to-end
  • Ensure activity is structured, consistent and recognisably Boutique
CRM & pipeline management
  • Maintain HubSpot and prospect databases with accuracy
  • Segment audiences thoughtfully (sector, seniority, familiarity, intent)
  • Track movement, engagement and warmth
  • Ensure reporting reflects reality, not vanity
Events & attendance generation
  • Support planning and delivery of agency events
  • Drive attendance, and use the activity around events to build familiarity with the people who can’t make it this year too
  • Maximise value before, during and after the activity
Relationship building
  • Build genuine familiarity with prospects, partners and industry contacts — including when there’s no immediate ask
  • Represent Boutique professionally online, in person and in writing
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with key contacts regardless of where they are in their buying cycle
  • Support referrals and partnership opportunities
Content coordination
  • Work with specialists to turn expertise into content people actually want to read, watch or listen to
  • Manage content calendars and publishing rhythms
  • Ensure activity supports both immediate campaigns and the longer-term reputation we’re building
