A Search Ads Automation Guide has been released by Google with their best practices. These include: Use a broad match keyword strategy; use smart bidding strategies; and use responsive search ads. It also states it is important to not only adapt the best practices but to leave the campaigns running long enough to be able to see the results it can drive.

REMINDER: Expanded Text Ads end this month

 

We’ve known this one for a while but it is officially here. From June 30th Google will know longer allow the creation or editing of Expanded Text Ads. Instead advertisers are required to use Responsive Search Ads.
