We have a new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the team here at Boutique.
You’ll be an integral member of our Growth department, with responsibility for generating leads in accordance with our strategy and sales process. Co-owning the sales process, building and maintaining a database of high value contacts, with responsibility for the outreach strategy, reporting and platform management.
The role is strategic in nature, generating leads in line with our highly refined strategy and driven by our overarching business objectives. You will co-own the sales process and therefore be responsible for all metrics and outcomes. You will also be expected to be at the forefront of industry developments, regularly attending events and undertaking ongoing learning and development
Utilising this knowledge and understanding, married with your strategic approach, and highly refined data you will intelligently engage new prospects with our proposition, generating leads and qualifying opportunities.
Reporting into the Growth Director, you will co-own the sales process alongside the Growth Director. You will also partner with the Heads of departments to understand utilisation, capacity and growth requirements.

You will have experience of working in a lead generation role in an agency. Skill and understanding is more important than years in the role. Whatever your experience, you’ll be passionate about sales, have an understanding of marketing led sales, and a broad understanding of the agency landscape.
