Ops Support Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

A varied role right at the heart of the agency, supporting our amazing team to have everything they need to look after our equally amazing clients. You’ll have a real understanding of the agency purpose and principles and be happy to pitch in wherever necessary to ensure everything runs smoothly.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To keep the office in tip top shape, proactively planning and managing any maintenance and repairs liaising with the landlord as appropriate
• Taking charge of the reception and meeting rooms area acting as a warm and welcoming host for our team, clients and visitors.
• Manage our telephone system, being the voice of the agency on the phone
• Ensure we have everything we need in stock in terms of stationery, refreshments etc
• Health and Safety Officer on site, conducing regular risk assessments and fire drills
• Maintain office policies and manage our health and safety procedures
• Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
• Diary and travel management for our MD
• Supporting our FD with some finance administration
• Assisting our People and Culture Manager with administration
• Supporting our Head of Marketing with admin and events

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience of operations and/or office management, ideally in an agency

environment

• Strong organisation skills
• A passion for delivering superb customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation and a desire to get stuck in
