Founded by friends and colleagues Timmy Wright and Chris Newman in 2016 when they had the idea of converting a 1970’s VW van into a Cocktail bar to ‘take the party to the people’, Liquor Lab are a drinks events company offering cocktail bars and beautiful

THE CHALLENGE

With the world starting to open up as COVID restrictions eased, we were appointed to provide a campaign that would drive links and brand awareness. Liquor Lab have never invested in marketing before and were eager to see our creative ideas that would help support them gain coverage on national, lifestyle and regional publications whilst aligning with their passionate brand values.

THE SOLUTION

We produced a campaign where Liquor Lab hired one lucky drink connoisseur to become their first ever official ‘Cocktail Tester’. The job required:

  • Trying their newest drink creations for a year
  • Being paid for the role
  • Providing honest feedback
  • Becoming a brand ambassador

We launched this campaign at a time when the UK was coming out of lockdown and saw an opportunity where garden parties were trending online.
