Our relationship with Express Bi Fold doors began in 2014 when they were fast becoming the market leader for bi-fold doors

As we move into 2020, they are now the leading manufacturer and retailer of bi-fold doors in the UK and in 2018 moved into the UK’s largest showroom. Having previously used loads of agencies for various services they needed a more joined up approach to their marketing where each discipline was working in sync with each other, driving footfall, enquiries and also building the brand to ‘own’ the bi-fold doors market. Heady ambitions!

They approached us to build an integrated strategy to meet all objectives

We identified a mass underspend in digital, meaning they weren’t harvesting the power of the brand and the existing market interest in the product range. There was also little PR activity and therefore a lack of presence in the home interest space, positioning them as a leading home interest brand.

We undertook comprehensive market analysis, customer data assessment and regression planning of historic media activity to establish the required spend to meet targets. We then redistributed budgets to PR activity and increased digital spend to maximise the opportunity and ensure strong brand presence.
