THE CHALLENGE

During the CV-19 global pandemic, we were tasked with taking BrightHR to market for the first time with a reactive campaign that cut-through political noise to help small businesses through unique times.

With new and unusual working conditions now in place, we knew that a quick turnaround was paramount and that we needed a campaign that reflected the quickly changing market conditions.

We needed reach, fame and engagement to promote their “Back to business” campaign and new “Furlough Navigator” tool pushing the CTA of “Sign up for a free demo”.

THE SOLUTION

To deliver scale and reach to an upmarket SME audience, we needed high impact and engaging channels to drive general brand awareness as well as encourage demo requests…

  • To gain trust and promote multiple key messaging, we deployed a hyper-targeted multi-platform Sky campaign across Linear, Adsmart and VOD utilising their extensive first party data to reach a Senior Decision Makers audience across all dayparts.
  • To amplify the Broadcast we partnered with Global across their Audio platforms using targeted DAX and across Business & Tech / Politics & News podcasts.
  • We layered on digital channels to further extend the campaign across Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube as well as Programmatic display ensuring we were highly visible and encouraging engagement and response.
