As a key member of our Media team, you’ll champion client service and implementation, leading by example and inspiring the rest of the team. Our approach is all about integration, so you’ll be collaborating with our Digital and PR teams to create a unified brand and performance strategy for our clients.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Account Manager in our Media team, you will be the main point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll work closely with our internal strategy and channel teams to manage campaigns from start to finish, ensuring everything is delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards. You’ll lead in the strategic planning and execution of multichannel media campaigns, driving client growth, mentoring team members, and contributing to business development.

We’re looking for a commercially minded problem-solver who is passionate about delivering big ideas that genuinely drive results. You’ll be the voice of our media team, representing us internally and acting as a senior point of contact for media owners and clients. You will also build strong, trusted relationships with our partner agencies. If you’re ready to drive results and champion great work, this is the role for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ownership x1 top-tier Media / integrated client. You have ultimate responsibility to pull the internal team together and are the account lead facing the client.

· Overview of all media clients

· Ensuring you have a broad view and touch-point knowledge across every client and can lead when necessary

· Understanding of client / campaign KPI’s

· Prepare and support on requirements for QBRs

· Lead meeting structures and outline desired outcomes internally and with the client

· Support HOM on profitability assessment of accounts and provide evidence to make cases for change

· Demonstrate flex style according to individuals

· Harness a strong relationship with People & Culture roles

· Identify and provide recommendations to the business for team development/training

· Represent Boutique at industry events and be an advocate for building media owner relationships

· Be a conduit between direct report and HOM, ensuring clarity, communication, and collaboration

· Be a mentor for future direct reports and act as a role model for junior members across the wider business

· Be a key contact for any media process queries internally across the business

· Support and contribute to Media Monthlies – providing a status on current media owner relationships, new opportunities in the market, current campaigns to note (ours/industry)

· Oversee and direct billing processes to ensure they’re slick and accurate

· Contribute to Boutique marketing; events, website, case studies, etc.

· Support HOM and Growth team on pitch work development, including strategy and planning

· Contributing to creative brainstorms and promoting a way of doing things better

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Proven experience in a similar Account Manager role

· A strategic thinker with a creative mindset

· Expert in multichannel media planning and buying with advanced negotiation skills

· Experienced in delivering excellence in client service, maintaining strong client relations

  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships with confidence and credibility

· Highly organised with a proven track record of managing large-scale, multichannel campaigns

· Experience working on global or household-name brands is a plus

· Commercially astute, comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability

  • A natural leader who motivates and mentors junior team members
